1	Subjects of biochemistry, short develop history, perspectives. Develop his­to­ry of biochemistry in Azerbaijan. Chemical components of vital or­ga­­ni­sms. Chemistry, property and func­tion of carbohydrates and lipids.	2
2	Aminoacids: structure, physico-chemical properties and func­tions. Proteins-main substances of life, it’s functions and structure. Physico-chemical properties. Kind of structural or­ganizations, konformations. The main simple proteins.	2
3	Conjugates proteins: phospho-, glycol-, metalo-, lipo-, chro­mo-proteins – structure and functions. Nucleoproteins: struc­tu­re and pro­perties.	2
4	Short characteristics of enzymes: chemical nature, properties, mecha­nism of influence. Units of activity and mechanism of requlations.	2
5	Bio­che­mical characteristics of vitamins, classifications. Fatly soluble vitamins. Water soluble vitamins (B1, B2, B6, PP, B5, B12, B9) it’s structure and functions.	2
6	Vitamin C, biotin, vitamin-like substances. Antivitamines. Characte­ristics of hormones, classifications. Suites of hor­mo­nes, mecha­nism of influence.	2
7	Hypotalamus and hypophyseal hormones. Pancreas, cortical, tiroid and sex hormones, it’s structure and functions. Hor­mon-theraphy.	2
