5	Systemic diseases (gastrointestinal , cardiovascular , endocrine pathology, disease -forming organs : polycythemia, thrombocytopenia, anemia ), leukemia .
6	Dermatosis : Lichen planus, vulgares . Tounge diseases. Glossalgia . Cheilites - vermilion border . Precancerous lesions .
