What Are Transition/Connecting Phrases?
Transition phrases or
connecting phrases are phrases,
which allow your ideas and
paragraphs to flow together. Without these transition phrases
it is difficult to connect
your ideas throughout your essay.
It is highly recommended that you memorize some of these transition phrases to use in
your system.
Exercise
Choose 1 or 2 of your favourite transition phrases and write them into your system.
Introduction paragraph
