Dersin amacı	Bu dersin amacı, yeni medyanın Web 2.0 ve Web 3.0 ile olanakları ile mümkün hale gelmiş olan uygulamaları ve bu uygulamalar üzerine yürüyen tartışmaları ele almaktır.
Dersin öğrenme çıktıları	Bu dersi tamamlayan öğrenciler: -yöndeşme, katılım, etkileşimsellik ve yeniden medyalaşma gibi kavramlar çerçevesinde dijital uygulamaları tartışabilecek, -yeni medya teorilerinin ilişkilendiği çevirimiçi/çevrimdışı gelişen bazı fenomenleri irdeleyebilceklerdir.
Dersin içeriği	Bu ders kapsamında, demokrasi ve kullanıcı üretimi içerik gibi kavramlarla ilişkilenerek, yeni medya alanındaki teoriler ve güncel araştırmalar ele alınacaktır.
