In order to live like a healthy person, some people opine that exercise is a prominent factor, however others believe that a proper nutrition plays a crucial role in healthy lifestyle. In my opinion, both exercises and balanced diet are equally urgent for a healthy living and their effects are necessary for people.
On the one hand, exercise is considered as the most significant factor in normal personʼs life. Apart from that, workout keeps a personʼs mind refreshed. For example, every physical exercise like running in fresh air, especially, in mornings is the best activity for reliving daily mental pressures and stresses by breathing clear oxygen. Secondly, doing workout can help to reduce probability of overweightness by excess burning stored calories. Furthermore, by doing workout people get more strength not only physical term, but also immune system. As a result, it makes our body less prone to illnesses like cough, cold and a flu.
On the other hand, advantages of eating a proper diet cannot be denied. Eating a proper amount of protein, fats and fibre is negligible for keeping a healthy brain function. To illustrate, according to statistics, around 47% of people from across the globe experience mental distress and anxiety, because of their unhealthy eating habits. Moreover, having a balanced meal procedures the necessary nutrients in the body including minerals and vitamins. For instance, a lack of Vitamin C produces a disease condition.
In conclusion, in my view, both eating a healthy meal and engaging in physical activity play a significant role in maintaining overall well-being.
