Dear Parents and Guardians Assalamu Alaikum,
Thank You for your patience and support. This is just a friendly reminder about School events, routines and procedures to make it a positive experience for all partners in our children’s education.

1. 
   In order to help traffic flows smoothly please arrive on time. Students from grade JK/SK to grade 8 should be picked up/dropped off at the side of the school building by the cement area both before and after school. Please do not leave your car at any time. Parking monitors will help your children enter/exit your car. Traffic must continue to flow regularly for everyone’s safety. Please do not overtake/or cut in line as this puts everyone at risk of an accident. The front parking area is used by parents of Preschool children to pickup and drop off. Kindergarten teachers are at the door of the side entrance to receive and help your children. After school, they’ll be leaving through the same entrance by the gym; they are to be picked up starting at 3:30 pm but no later than 3:50 pm.
   
2. 
   Insha Allah the School Board is working on opening the road around the building through the orchard area beside the playground to facilitate one way traffic and one more line can be opened at pick up and drop off time. This task Insha Allah will be completed within the next few days, however the school need your help on Friday September 6th 2013.
   
3. 
   It is an early release day for the students and there will be community members praying Jummah and their cars will be on the premises. To ensure safe student exit just for this Friday students will be dismissed at 2:35 pm Insha Allah. If you are here at the Mosque for Friday prayer, please allow community cars to leave before we start student pick up.

Please note that the dotted lines indicate work in progress. Insha Allah this will be completed within the next few days. The School’s goal is to open this road as soon as possible. Until this road is opened, please help with dismissal routines by staying in your car, driving to the pickup area, and picking up your child/ children and looping back towards the front of the school and exiting on to Howard Ave. Please follow this routine the new road opens.
