Approximately 80% of the facilities services provided in Canberra and Adelaide, for the conduct of AIS programs are outsourced. These include residential management (food services, cleaning etc), internal catering, functions management, waste disposal, crowd control, security, parking, specialised equipment and building maintenance (line marking, scoring and timing equipment maintenance, fire and security alarm maintenance), all major building refurbishment, all minor works and exhibition management.
