OUTCOME 1 — RESOURCING

The total resources used by IP Australia to deliver this outcome are detailed in Table

2.1. Funding for all of IP Australia’s activities is derived from charges it imposes for the intellectual property services it provides. Most of IP Australia’s revenue is derived from charges to foreign individuals and corporations that apply for Patents, Trade Marks and Designs rights in Australia.
