OUTCOME 2 — CONTRIBUTION OF OUTPUTS
A project plan has been developed to deliver the anticipated outputs and a contract has been signed for the external services. The project is being managed on an integrated whole-of-service basis with a dedicated Project Manager responsible for consultation with regulatory authorities and contracting organisations.
Justification for the output chosen to achieve outcome 2 is described in Table 2.2.2. The Table provides information on the strategies chosen to deliver outcome 2, and shows the links between the output and the outcome. The Table lists the performance information that ANSTO will use to assess the level of its achievement of outcome 2 during 2001-02.
