Request Registration

In this sub system you can request an item for the concerned body by registering the required information asked by the system. You can change the data that might be mistaken or delete the entire information. It is also possible to view the request by specific bureau.

	Click “select bureau” button using select bureau from bureau hierarchy
	Click on search button after entering fiscal year and selecting request type and item type
	List of requested book information will be displayed
	Select Education type either formal or non formal
	After filling the rest book request information click on add book request button
	After adding all the book request Click this button to save the data
	“UPDATE” button is help you to modify information after selecting row from the lists of book request
	“DEELET” button is deleting the selected rows from the book requests
	“CLEAR” button will help you to reset the fields
