Item selection For Publication(Syllabus)

This sub system select item those are ready for publication. The system has a mechanism to modify or change selected item. It is also easy to observe or view the selected items.

	After entering fiscal year select item type and if item type is syllabus Continue else go to the next fig.
	Select Education type either formal or non formal
	Click on add selected Syllabus button after selecting the required information from the dropdown list
	After adding all syllabus Click this button to save the data
	Click on Display selected syllabus button to see the selected syllabus
	List of syllabus will be displayed
	“UPDATE” button is help you to modify syllabus
	“DEELET” button is deleting the selected rows from the syllabus list
	“CLEAR” button will help you to reset the fields
