Address Information Registration
This system operation will add new bureau at different level in the hierarchy tree. It will be very flexible for the user to add, update or delete bureau any time needed.

This drop down list used to display the address information using table name.

Click on a row to select one address from the list.

This button is used to save the address information.
|
|
Click on the “Update” button is used to modify the selected address information.
|
|
The “Delete” button is used for deleting the selected address information.
|
|
The “Clear” button will help you to clear the form.
