Comments from JNB and USNB. Both suggested adoption of study text with minor comments. Accepted all of them except for one.
USNB comment requesting transmission of prefix NAL unit in enhancement layer was accommodated by addition extra signaling in MVC descriptor to indicate presence/absence of prefix NAL unit in base layer.
This accommodates a corrigendum item in MVC which is expected to make prefix NAL unit optional.
A minor editorial change was made to support use cases that may require gaps in view order index (changed ‘consecutive’ to ‘increasing’).
Renamed DRD NAL unit to VDRD (View and Dependency Delimiter NAL unit)
During this meeting an issue in supporting use cases that require different profile/level signaling based on combinations of views was identified.
Systems group requests national bodies to provide comments so that support for this use case can also be added to the items in next corrigendum (ISO/IEC 13818-1:2007/DCOR-3).

Issues and use cases somewhat unclear.
PES can be used without time stamps and with CRC enabled as it supports 65000 byte access units.
Issues related to use with MPEG-4 systems, use with MPEG-4 systems carried over MPEG-2 and direct use with MPEG-2 systems unclear at this time.
