It was acknowledged that this CE is a complete proposal, with respect to the MPEG Audio CE methodology. It was agreed that a cross-check, as a listening test, is needed prior to making a decision on the CE. The Chair suggested that the cross-check could be in hand and resulting decision on the CE could be make at the end of July, or alternatively at the 90^th MPEG meeting. A decision on which date (July 31 or at the October MPEG meeting) will be made later in the week.
