Due to travel problems, only a very small number of people was able to attend for MPEG-7 related issues. Practically, no breakout group was held, but a teleconference was organized to proceed with necessary work and organize the AHG efforts until the next meeting. The results were as follows:
M17562 was presented and it was agreed that the software improvements should be made. It was noted that the software bugs reported in m17624 had now been resolved and the update is available from the CVS. M17472 was presented, it was agreed that it was a useful contribution to provide fast matching. There was some discussion about what part of the standard this proposal was intended to be included in. It was agreed that since the index could be generated off-line, it was most appropriate in the Technical Report 15938-8. The proposal will be added to the XM at this meeting and VCE-4 will continue to investigate fast matching algorithms until the next meeting. The database contributed in M17625 was noted, and as it is not available for review at the 92nd meeting it will be considered at the 93rd meeting.
The national body comments on ISO/IEC 15938-3:2002/FPDAM 4 were reviewed. All comments were accepted, it was noted that m17472 addressed the comments by the Korean national body appropriately.
It was agreed during the teleconference to issue the output documents as listed below, which were subsequently approved by the video plenary.
An AHG was appointed (N11278, as recorded in N11242) to further the work until the 93rd meeting.

4Reconfigurable Video Coding (RVC)
Due to travel problems, only a very small number of people was able to attend for RVC related issues, and key persons such as AHG chairs and standard editors were missing. Practically, no breakout group could be held, nor was it possible to find a date for a teleconference that would have had a significant number of attendants. It was therefore suggested to defer all RVC related work to the July meeting, hold a 2-day AHG before that meeting, present and discuss all input documents of the 92nd meeting at the 93rd meeting, and also delay the due dates of the output documents to that meeting.
An AHG was appointed (N11277, as recorded in N11242) to further the work until the 93rd meeting.
