4MPEG-7 Visual
An AHG was very active in maintaining and unifying the different parts of the MPEG-7 Visual XM software. An update was provided in M25177. The work on replacing some of the old interfaces by updated libraries which enable compilation with newer compilers is ongoing.
It was therefore assessed to be premature to issue a new version of the XM, or to proceed with a corrigendum on the XM software.
An AHG was appointed (N12753, as recorded in N12629) to conduct further MPEG-7 Visual maintenance work until the 101st meeting. The mandates relate to maintenance of the various MPEG-7 Visual related parts, software and databases and an update of the XM on the MPEG SVN.
