The contribution notes that it is not possible to create an SLS decoder from the specification due to ambiguity in the text. This concerns

• 
  channelConfiguration 0 / program_config_element() handling
  
• 
  AAC LC based multichannel bitstreams with LFE channels
  
• 
  ms_used flag handling in case of PNS / IS
  

The presenter noted that the technical changes have support of all SLS customers.

It was the consensus of the Audio Subgroup to have a DCOR to SLS text at this meeting based on the contribution text and to incorporate Reference Software changes into a Study On 14496-5:2001/AMD 10:2007/DCOR 6. Additionally, it was agreed to add conformance streams by means of a Study On 14496-26:2010/DCOR 5.
