Proposed Corrigendum to MPEG Surround reference software

| The contribution corrects three errors in the code:

an error in the indexing in the TTT box

TempShapeEnable variable is not correctly initialized.

Proposed updates for MPEG Surround conformance sequences

| Some of the conformance streams failed to update parameters in the case of Independency Flag equal to 1, and it is proposed to add revised/corrected conformance streams. In addition, it is proposed to clarify the conformance text.
It was the consensus of the Audio Subgroup to incorporate the contribution information into ISO/IEC 23003-1:2007/AMD 1:2008/DCOR 2.
