CE8.h: HEVC-based study The video subgroup invites JCT-VC experts to assist the 3DV group on matters of common interest, particularly regarding the current high-level syntax definition of HEVC in relation with the HEVC based 3DV Test Model under Consideration, by attending the 3DV AHG and breakout meetings in April/May 2012.
An AHG was appointed on the general topics of the 3DV investigation (N12572, as recorded in N12453) to conduct further work until the 100th meeting. As this topic is highly relevant in the context of the AVC and HEVC related developments, a second AHG was installed with special focus on high-level syntax and coding architectures (N12573, as recorded in N12453). Both AHGs will share the same email reflector.
