6.3Discussions about Core experiments

The following Core experiments were defined to be run in the AHG period until the next meeting:

Particular aspects relating to these were noted as follows:

  Global descriptors:
  

• 
  Objectives: investigate improvements to the performance of TM by introduction of a global descriptor. A global descriptor can be, for example, obtained by aggregation of local descriptors. Proposals are strongly encouraged to address the localization problem.

    Standard performance evaluation setup on the corrected datasets.
