M17201: it needs to describe more specifically the conformant points in the player, which will be delivered to the Systems plenary for the approval. Request of AMD1 and Text of PDAM is going to be expected.
M17340/17341: Proposed the efficient encoding of dynamic volume change and the equalization functionalities. There is no consensus in the group for having the functionalities of an equalization and an efficient encoding of dynamic volume change. We need to study on this issue and will make a decision for the AMD2 in the next meeting, Germany.

M17210: Contribution proposing different fixes for the FCD text.
Recommendation: produced study of FCD and resolution for NB votes.
M17317: This contribution proposes updates to previous contributions. It proposes:
• To use W3C Digital Signature for Widget Security
o It is understood that support for Dig. Sig. is already provided by the W3C spec. by means of reserved file names in the ZIP package. MPEG should adapt this mechanism for example for ISOFF packaging or other transports (such as MPEG-2 TS).
• To use XML Encryption for Widget Security
o The encryption of the whole widget seems to be out of scope because it does not imply any change in the widget manager. However, we need to think about encrypting part of the widget.
• To use a new proposed mechanism ‘Credential Token’ for Inter-Widget communication security. This mechanism is asymmetrical, putting heavy computation on a server and leaving the client with small tasks to do.
• To use OMTP Application Security Framework for Client Security
Recommendation: The group recommends issuing an IuC document to prepare a possible amendment on security.
M17214: the contribution presents some ideas for a promotional video for MPEG-U.
Recommendation: output document to record the ideas.
M17331: the contribution raises two issues with regards to the reusability of MPEG-U by the W3C: royalty free and editing.
Recommendation: send a liaison to the W3C, and ask MPEG members to send patent statement and license declaration forms highlighting the royaltee free issue.
