1MPEG-4 part 2 maintenance

Various editorial improvements were made in the editing period to the draft corrigendum 4. Further checking is planned until the 92^nd meeting in particular related to the pseudo code on vertical field MV conversion and scaling in quarter-pel MC. Further, as various bug fixes have been performed on the reference software, a cleaned-up version that is intended to become a new edition is planned to be provided for the next meeting. An AHG was appointed (N11116, as recorded in N11076) to further the work until the 92nd meeting.

2Development of AVC

The video subgroup held a session jointly with VCEG to review the comments received during the ISO/IEC ballot process related to DCOR1 and the corresponding ITU-T AAP consent. All issues were clarified, such that the text of the final corrigendum can be provided within a short editing period. It is planned to not publish the corrigendum separately, but rather to integrate it into a new edition which will also include Amd.1 (which is currently under FDAM ballot). An appropriate resolution was produced to request implementation of these actions.
