ItemLocationBox does not need a ‘2’.
We should box up the item info entry, really! That would permit the mime and uri types to be ‘type boxes’, and indeed then the fdel could be a second ‘type box’ in the container. But not all 4CC item_types have data, and an empty box seems both heavy and rather ‘global’ for a registration and an item_type (cf codec types). We welcome comments.
