Additional Corrections

Markus Multrus, FhG, reported that additional bugs were found in the USAC reference software after the contribution upload time for the 96^th meeting. Hence these bugs are reported now, during the MPEG week, since they could not be reported in the contribution. The bugs are

  Buffer allocation in 1:4 SBR
  

It was agreed to fix these bugs in the USAC reference software.

Max Neuendorf, FhG, reported new information concerning the bass post filter bug reported in m20034. The short presentation addressed the question of why the buggy code produced an error in a specific region of the output signal when the coder makes a transition from ACELP to TCX.
