4.1.3With Requirements on Audio Profiles (Thu 1000-1100)
Kristofer Kjorling, Dolby, gave a presentation on the USAC profiles: USAC Baseline Profile and Extended HE-AAC Profile. The Requirements Chair noted that industry support for the Extended HE-AAC Profile is fully sufficient, and that these profiles are approved by Requirements.
Bernhard Grill, FhG, gave a presentation on the MPEG-4 Low Delay AAC v2 Profile. The Requirements Chair noted that industry support for the Profile is fully sufficient, and that these profiles are approved by Requirements.
