81 Există trei asemenea consilii: consiliul de administraţie, consiliul ştiinţific, consiliul pentru studii şi viaţa universitară. Consiliul de administraţie are 30 pînă la 60 de membri, aleşi dintre profesori şi cercetători (40-45%), studenţi (20-25%), personalităţi din afara instituţiei (20-30%), personal administrativ, tehnic şi de serviciu (10-15%). Consiliul ştiinţific se compune din 20-40 de membri, reprezentanţi ai diferitelor categorii de personal (60-80%), studenţi la master şi doctorat (7,5-12,5%), personalităţi din afara instituţiei (20-30%). Consiliul pentru studii şi viaţa universitară are 20-40 de membri şi e alcătuit din 75-80% reprezentanţi ai cadrelor didactice şi studenţilor, 10-15% personal administrativ şi tehnic, 10-15% personalităţi externe.
