[57] A system (10) for debridement of an area of eschar (16), comprising:

(a) a device comprising an ultrasound source (18) for delivering ultrasound radiation having a debriding effect on eschar, a spacer (26) for maintaining the ultrasound source at a distance from the area of eschar and a container (11), coupled to the ultrasound source, said container being adapted to be placed over the area of eschar, said container containing an acoustic medium for enabling the area of eschar to be exposed to ultrasonic radiation from said ultrasound source; and

(b) a debriding composition for use in combination with said ultrasonic radiation and being in contact at least temporarily with said area of eschar, wherein the debriding composition comprises at least one enzymatic debriding agent.

[57] A device for translating identifiers (ITe) of terminals (T1-TE) in a client telecommunication installation (IC), said identifiers having a predetermined format and being included in packets (ER) in transit through a packet transmission network (RP), characterized in that it comprises a mapping table (TC) for matching the identifier of a terminal (Te) included in a network packet (ER) transmitted in the installation to a port number (Pe1-Pe3) allocated dynamically and included in a transport packet (ET) encapsulated in a network packet transmitted in the packet network, control means (LTR) for replacing the identifier (ITe) of the terminal included as a source address (@IPS) in a first network packet (PQ1) transmitted by the terminal through the installation by a predetermined identifier (IPI) of the installation having said format and included in a second network packet (PQ2) which is transmitted in the packet network to telephone service provider means (SP) and for replacing a port number (PORT1-PORTJ) designating a voice call step (E2-EJ) involving the terminal and included in a transport packet (ET) encapsulated in the first network packet by a port number (Pe1-PeJ) allocated dynamically to the terminal and included in a transport packet encapsulated in the second network packet, in order to identify both said terminal and the call step involving the terminal in the provider means, and control means (LFR) for replacing the identifier of the installation included as a destination address (@IPD) in a third network packet (PQ3) which is transmitted in the packet network from the provider means to the installation through the packet network and the port number included in a transport packet encapsulated in the third network network packet respectively by the identifier of the terminal included in a fourth network packet (PQ4) transmitted to the terminal through the installation and the port number designating the voice call step (E2-EJ) and included in a transport packet encapsulated in the fourth network packet.
