JOINT APPLICATION FOR RELEASE OF PLOTS ON RESERVE LIST

1. 
   The companies signed below (“the Applicants”) hereby apply to the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to release the above land parcel (“the Plot”), shown on the Reserve List of the Plots for Public Tender.
   

2. 
   The Applicants for the aggregate storage Plots must possess a valid licence under Section 31B of the Building and Construction Authority Act for the importation of essential construction materials (i.e. sand and granite) for the use of the aggregate storage Plots.
   

3. 
   The Applicants confirm that they have read and understood the contents of the Terms and Conditions for the release of Plots on Reserve List for Public Tender, this Application Form, the sample copies of Conditions of Tender (Annex A) and Licence Agreement (Annex B)^[1]. By signing below, the Applicant agrees and unconditionally accepts the terms in the Terms and Conditions for the release of Plots on Reserve List for Public Tender as published on BCA’s web site “http://www.bca.gov.sg/reservelist/reservelist.html”.
   

4. 
   The Successful Applicants undertake to jointly tender for the Plot in the public tender at a price not less than the Committed Monthly Rental and hereby pay the amount stated above as Deposit.
   

5. 
   In the event that a Public Tender is called for the Plot and the Successful Applicants fail to tender jointly for the Plot or the Successful Applicants bid at a price lower than their Committed Monthly Rental, the Deposit shall be forfeited.
   

6. 
   In the event that BCA does not, for any reason whatsoever, put up the Plot for Public Tender within 6 weeks from date of the letter of acceptance of Application or withdraws the Plot from Public Tender prior to the tender submission date, the Deposit shall be returned without interest to the Successful Applicants. Upon the return of the Deposit to the Successful Applicants, the Successful Applicants shall have no claim whatsoever against BCA.
   

7. 
   The Applicants agree that the company or firm signed below as Joint-Applicant A shall be the lead applicant. All letters/notifications from BCA shall be sent to the postal/email address of the lead applicant and deemed as received by the Applicants.

[1] The documents may be updated from time to time and changes may be made to the documents. BCA will not be responsible for any consequences whatsoever which may result from reliance on the documents that have been downloaded from BCA’s web site http://www.bca.gov.sg/reservelist/reservelist.html. The finalised tender documents will be published on Gebiz when the Plot is launched for tender.
