3. Order of booking and tourist service.
3.1. Booking of tourist services is carried out on the Customer’s request, sent through the Agency email address or via the internet resource of Agency.
3.2. The parties of the Contract determine that the Agency provide the services for the tourists sent by the Customer in accordance with the request indicating the following:

• 
  Number of reserved rooms;
  

• 
  Terms (dates) of using the reserved services;
  

• 
  Time of arrival and departure;
  

• 
  Transport means;
  

• 
  Total list of required services included into tour package;
  

• 
  Rooming list;
