EXCLUSIONS and SUBSTITUTIONS:

1 The main entrance was mulched as part of another landscape project on 10/30/2017

20 yards were used in this enhancement and subtracted from the total amount used each mulching event. (multiple areas)

NOTES: 175 cubic yards mulches all common areas; entrance to amenity.

The amount reflects the remainder needed to complete mulching for the Holidays.
