CORRIGAN – Funeral services for Nova Lee Farrar, 82, of Bold Springs were held Thursday, March 16, 1989 from the Corrigan Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Frank Hood officiating. Interment followed in Bold Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Farrar died Thursday, March 14, in Pineywood Acres Nursing Home in Corrigan. A resident of Bold Springs for the past 25 years, she previously lived in Houston. On Dec. 22, 1922 she married the late Rodell Farrar in Houston. Mrs. Farrar was a member of Bold Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, W. C. Farrar and J. B. Farrar, both of Bold Springs; sister Frances Oliver of Livingston; sister-in-law, Thelma Riley of Corrigan; six grandchildren

and 12 great-grandchildren. Corrigan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for Rodell Farrar, 73, of Livingston were held at the Bold Springs Baptist Church May 11 with the Rev. Frank Hood and the Rev. C. L. Moore officiating. Burial was in the Bold Springs Cemetery. Masonic graveside services were under the auspices of Melrose Lodge #1294 AF&AM. Farrar, a member of the Rock Island Baptist Church and Melrose Lodge #1294, died May 9 at Livingston Memorial Hospital. A former resident of Houston, Farrar had lived at his Bold Springs home the past eight years. On Dec. 2, 1922, he was married to Nova Lee Riley in Moscow. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nova Lee Farrar of Bold Springs; two sons, Jim Bob Farrar of Bold Springs and William Chester Farrar of Houston; one brother, Melvin Farrar of Moscow; five sisters, Mrs. Rosa Wallace of Corrigan, Mrs. Ilar Lilly of Big Sandy, Mrs. Maggie Donahoe of Lufkin, Mrs. Maude Wilson of Houston and Mrs. Bessie Watson of Centerville; six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Pallbearers were Myrtice Driskell, Weldon Driskell, Raymond Driskell,

Tim Newton, James Price, Willard Hooper, Frank White and Ray Price.

LIVINGSTON – Funeral services for William Chester Farrar Sr., 60, were held Wednesday, Sept. 26, 1990 from Bethel Baptist Church in Bold Springs,with the

Rev. Johnny Buller of Bethel Baptist Church and the Rev. Frank Hood of Chesswood Baptist Church officiating. Interment followed in Bold Springs Cemetery. Mr. Farrar died Sept. 24 in Polk County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. He was born Nov. 10, 1929 in Houston, the son of Percy Rodell Farrar and Nova Lee Riley Farrar. Mr. Farrar was reared in Polk County and lived in Camden for five years before moving to Onalaska. Mr. Farrar attended Livingston schools. Mr. Farrar entered the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict and attained the rank of sergeant first class. On June 15, 1954….. and served 28 years on the Houston Police force. He retired in 1982 and moved back to Polk County to make his home. Mr. Farrar was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will long be missed by his family. Survivors include his wife, Joan Marie Farrar of Livingston; two sons, William Chester Farrar Jr. and Leonard Dale Farrar, both of Livingston; one daughter, Donna Marie

Baxley of Livingston; brother, Jim Bob Farrar of Livingston; nine grandchildren and a

host of other relatives and dear friends. Pallbearers were Bobby Riley, Rusty Miller,

Buddy Riley, James Michael Farrar, Bobby Saunders and Ronnie Lee.

Pace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Livingston – Funeral services for Delouise Elizabeth Foreman, 76, of Livingston were held Saturday, Sept. 21, 1991, from the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Darrell Zumalt officiating. Interment followed in Bold Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Foreman died Sept. 19 in Polk County Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 31, 1915 in Statesboro, Ga., the daughter of Samuel C. Boroughs and Mary Elizabeth Smith Boroughs. She married Henry Foreman on Sept. 27, 1986 at the Senior Citizens Center in Livingston. Mrs. Foreman was a member of Livingston Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include her husband Henry Foreman of Livingston; daughter, Paulette {Wilkins} Miles and husband Jim of Dallas; brother, Samuel Boroughs and wife Barbara of Coral Gable, Fla.; sister, Kathleen Dozier of Jacksonville, Fla.;

grandson, Johnny Miles and wife Rhonda of Abilene; granddaughter, Terri Miles of Dallas; great-grandson, Caleb Miles of Abilene; great-granddaughter, Hanna Miles of Abilene; Nephew, Kenneth Dozier of Jacksonville, Texas; and niece, Kay Morgan of Bethlehem, Pa. Pallbearers were Buddy Box, John Robin, Roger Alexander, Ernest Moyers, Henry Siems and E. L. Tucker. Cochran Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

LIVINGSTON - Funeral services for Jake Austin Frasch, infant son of Dean & Kayla Frasch, of Livingston will be held Sunday May 3, 2009 at 2:00pm Graveside at Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston with Bro. Tim Thompson officiating.Jake was born and became an angel on Wednesday April 29, 2009. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, W.L. Watson, grandfather, Dean Frasch, and great grandmother, Dorothy A. Watson.
He is survived by his parents, Dean & Kayla Frasch of Livingston, James William Frasch, brother, of Livingston, Kathy Nelson, grandmother, of Livingston, Frankie Olive Frasch, grandmother of Livingston, Cheryl Briscoe, great grandmother, of Livingston, and Hattie Watson, great great grandmother of Livingston. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive. Cochran Funeral Home was in charge of services.

LIVINGSTON – Funeral services for Jesse Maurice Fuller, 72, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Bold Springs Cemetery. Mr. Fuller died Thursday, November 15, 2007 in St. Elizabeth Hospital in

Beaumont. He was born June 24, 1935 in Livingston, the son of Jesse and Macel Gafford Fuller, both of whom preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Irene Fuller; sons and daughters-in-law, Kent and Susan Fuller and David and Desi Smith; daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Eddie Sandlin, Kathi and Shelly Freistat and Renee and Greg Fricano; granddaughters, Courtnie Fuller, Brandi Grant, Jessica Sandlin and Heather Sandlin; grandsons, Matthew Fuller, Byron Smith and Christopher Smith and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Smith, Byron Smith, Greg Fricano, David Smith, Matthew Fuller and Sam Kash. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to M. d. Anderson Cancer

Center or the charity of your choice.
