This judgment criterion concerns the capacity of organisations to cope with the impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on their own organisation. The CFAs have developed a joint vision that organisations will only contribute effectively to the fight against HIV/AIDS if they have built up their organisational HIV/AIDS competence. Here the focus is on the processes of internal mainstreaming.
