Trainee Assessment

Trainee assessment involves workplacebased assessment and successful completion of both a university masters degree, including core units approved by the college, and the college training program, which has a range of assessment components:

• 
  participation in college workshops;
  
• 
  completion of written case study;
  
• 
  oral presentation of case study;
  
• 
  in-training assessment reports;
  
• 
  management practice folio; and
  
• 
  final oral examination.
  

In the final oral examination, each Candidate answers four questions with two examiners for each question to assess their management knowledge, skills and attitudes. Supplementary examination may be offered for those who require further assessment.
