S U M M A R Y
Dissertation work consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion and list of 
used literature. The total volume of the work consists of 85 pages. There are 32 
literary titles in the literature list. 
The 
first chapter
of the dissertation is called “Theoretical and methodological 
bases of making a statistical observation in enterprises”.
In this chapter, the 
theoretical and methodological basis of making a statistical observation in enterprises 
were investigated,
the concept of “enterprise” and “the statistics of enterprises” has 
been clarified analyzing various economic ideas,
the place of statistics of enterprises 
in the official statistical system of the republic and in economic statistics, the tasks of 
the statistics of enterprises and information sources have been identified. 
The 
second chapter
of the dissertation is called “Rules for making selective 
statistical observations in the statistics of enterprises”. In this chapter, the role of 
selective statistical observations in the statistical study of enterprises were identified, 
new rules for the organization of selective observations on the statistics of enterprises 
were analyzed and information on the methods and types of selective observation 
were given. 
The 
third chapter 
of the dissertation is called “Statistical study of activity of 
small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs through selective analysis”.
In this 
chapter, a statistical study of the activities of small enterprises was studied on the 
basis of information obtained through selective observations in the Republic of 
Azerbaijan, the current situation of the individual entrepreneurs operating in the field 
of the trade and truck transportation has been studied statistically with selective 
analysis. 
At the end of the dissertation, the result from the research and the list of used 
literature are given.
