2.Outcome – JRA3 RElease plan

One of the major accomplishments during the MWSG2 was to give feedback to the purposed JRA3 release plan. With this input the JRA3 release plan was finalized one week later and can now be followed at: https://edms.cern.ch/document/480160/1

The JRA3 release work will start on June 28 (some already started), partially with direct feedback at the JRA1 meeting at RAL (June 28-30).
