Introduction
This session is intended to be an
AWARENESS CREATION session on the
need to carry out regular monitoring so that the:
Books of accounts are properly kept and the
actual cash in hand and in
bank corresponds to what is described
in the books;
Actual expenses do not exceed
the amount budgeted;
Actual income corresponds
to plans;
Actual cash can cover expected expenses
Objective
By the end
of the session, participants should be able to:
Explain the elements
of a financial report
Explain regularity of financial reports
Distinguish between different kinds of financial controls and reporting.
