Additional Financing for Mozambique Higher Education Science and Technology Project: The objectives of the Project are to: (a) increase the number and raise the quality of graduates at the undergraduate and graduate levels; (b) strengthen the national research capacities to produce research outputs of relevance to the Recipient’s strategic economic sectors; and (c) strengthen the institutional framework for TVET.
