BD River Management Improvement Program - Phase I: The objective of the program is to reduce the adverse impacts of flooding and erosion along the Brahmaputra Right Embankment, enhance its sustainable management, and improve transport connectivity of the subregion.
The project-specific (RMIP-I) development objective is to increase protection against river flooding and erosion and improve flood and erosion management capacity along selected sections of the Brahmaputra River.
