PFM for Service Delivery Reform Project: The proposed project will finance the following technical assistance to: (i) consolidate the existing efforts in the implementation of performance management tools in support of program budgeting approach, (ii) reinforce capacity of the national players of the public procurement in order to implement the new procurement strategy and (iii) prepare the various feasibility studies for the deployment of an integrated financial management system.
