West Bank and Gaza Cash Transfer Project Second Additional Financing: This proposed second additional financing will continue to fund the reforms of the Palestinian Social safety net including scaling up a cash transfer program for poor and vulnerable households.
The Project Development Objectives are (i) to mitigate the impact of the continued socio-economic crisis on a subset of the extremely poor and most vulnerable households; and (ii) to support the PA's efforts to continue reforms of the Cash Transfer Program.
