To Chicago with "JUL 7 Airmail" duplex b/s & machine pmk across stamps, endorsed in red "Insufficiently Prepaid", although appears correct rate. Extremely rare use of USA stationery as mixed franking when USA stamps were valid from Australia to pre-pay USA internal airmail fees. (P) $700 $1000
