Such a Scheme should establish an entitlement to the funding necessary to achieve this purpose and provide for the person with disability to be the decision-maker about the services and supports they receive.
That Australia establishes a mechanism to assess and properly address the therapeutic and allied health needs of all people with disability that need assistance.
