Component IV: Community Based Information System and Services
	Objective	To establish community information center, procure and disseminate appropriate technology for information access, train the community to use ICT service, establish knowledge-base community information systems and expand ICT facilities to the rural and remote areas, and to provide connectivity to the domestic and world pool of information enable communities active participants of government development policies and programs, and active beneficiary of ICT services.
