Reporting Requirements
Quarterly and annual progress reports will be required. Each approved grantee will also be required at project closeout to submit an evaluation report on the effectiveness of the Blueprint planning effort (funded either wholly or in part by this request), including a description of challenges that were encountered and suggested strategies or actions to address them.
About the FY 2009/10 Application Draft Application Discussion Teleconference and Response
On October 14th, Caltrans staff held a teleconference for applicants to ask questions, offer comments and discuss the application. No significant concerns with the draft application were identified by call participants. Several participants supported the idea of including sample completed application components in the final application package. In response, Caltrans staff has put together some sample responses for Forms 1 – 3. (See attached) These are meant to serve as examples of the desired specificity and level of detail.
