The system of forming a healthy lifestyle of children in the family
Summary
In modern society, studying the basics of healthy lifestyle formation of young schoolchildren in the family is of particular relevance, because from childhood, a child should have an idea about maintaining health and forming a healthy lifestyle.
Primary school age is an important period for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in a child. First, the child's body grows rapidly at this time. Second, there is adaptation to new school conditions. Thirdly, education is intensive mental work, it requires good organization of work and rest mode.
Protection and strengthening of children's health is one of the main strategic tasks of the country's development.
A healthy lifestyle is the activity of an individual, a group of people, a society that uses material and spiritual conditions and opportunities for the sake of human health, harmonious physical and spiritual development.
The family plays a key role in the formation of a healthy lifestyle. From taking care of the mother's or father's health to what kind of lifestyle they lead, the child's attitude towards health is formed. So, for example, if parents tell their child that smoking is forbidden, that it is harmful, but they themselves smoke, then the child distrusts their opinion. Forming a healthy lifestyle in children is a joint task of both preschool and educational institutions, and of course, teachers and families.
The teacher also plays an important role in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of young students. It is important that the teacher works not only in the school, but also with the family. When talking to parents, it is important to emphasize how important healthy lifestyle habits are for the child. Parents should also lead a healthy lifestyle, give up bad habits and follow proper hygiene requirements, following these rules will benefit the family and the child. Physical activity of parents together with children helps to develop motor skills according to age and abilities; improve relationships between parents and children; it allows you to spend your free time usefully, which the mother or father devotes to the child, serves their mutual enrichment and contributes to the child's comprehensive development. For young students, favorable work, living and leisure conditions are necessary and often the main condition for the implementation of a healthy lifestyle.
The daily implementation of a healthy lifestyle consists of the conscious and responsible attitude of young students and parents to their own health and the health of others, the level of their hygienic culture as a component of humanitarian culture, the richness of the spiritual world, its life goals and values.
