Accreditation Checklist Evaluation

Before give the school accreditations evaluate the school use accreditation preparation list. The system support deletes or modifies the accreditation evaluation.

	Click this button select bureau from bureau hierarchy.
	This drop down list is used to display accreditation preparation content.
	This button used to display school accreditation checklist evaluation.
	Click this button display calendar.
	This button used to save school accreditation evaluation result.
	This checkbox used to return one school accreditation checklist evaluation row.
	Click on the “Update” button is used to modify school accreditation evaluation information.
	The “Delete observation” button is used for deleting the selected school accreditation observation the information (this includes checklist evaluation result and comment).
	The “Delete evaluation” button is used for deleting the selected school accreditation checklist evaluation (include evaluation comment).
	The “Delete Comment” button is used for deleting the selected school accreditation evaluation comment only.
	The “Clear” button will help you to clear the form.
