Many problems as erosion, mass loss, degradation of water resources, air pollution are erging after forest fire in the fire area. Therefore, a planning should be quickly made and the area should be afforested in this process after forest fire. Also the forest product that was undamaged or commercial value with damaged due to forest fire should be participated production process as common eta. From these products maximum benefit can be gotten if the fired area is removed in a short time, even though forest products have a low commercial value.The chaos causes during work of damaged trees removal due to limited of time in thearea. A value of damaged or undamaged forest product decreases with unplanned anduncontrolled actions. The plans of products that require removal from fire area to differfrom common product plans are required to protect quality of product.The aim of the study was to improve approach of an operational planning to remove from area fast, economical, environmentally conscious and under the conditions of employment of the residual product after a great fire. Usability of approach of an operational planning was developed with standards and a fast decision-making mechanism. “The Action Planning After Fire” model was created based on operational planning method. A plan was prepared using this model with the most correct method to discharge the area immediately after fire. A loss that results from fire may be decreased with a quick and effective intervention in these plans. Employment opportunity may be provided with discharge of the area after fire. The study area was selected as the Serik-Taşağıl Antalya Regional Directorate of Forestry due to dense of forest fires and the largest forest fire in 2008 . Various scripts were created for planning after forest fire in the any area consisted of 20-forest compartments. The ideal techniques were determined as the emptying of the area related to chosen scripts and time of implementation was calculated. The study was prepared considering the time of the fire , the optimal total value (objective function value) 2666.410 min / m3 have been identified. With these values, how early the burned areacould emptied was found out.Working in the field of production files obtained from completion dates and results of analysis YSEP model are compared. In using YSEP model of the work and current study, 15 days up to 75 days notice has emerged. According to YSEP model which depends on the design of the studies it was determined that will take shorter. In addition, before the production work in post fire making the planning of economic and ecological values will also contribute to the protection that has emerged. In conclusion, after the fire of the crisis and the best way to manage the area with the principle of sustainability in order to ensure maximum benefit from the operational planning is required.
