  It will be clarified that we will assume that "OSI network layer such as IP" instead of "IP" only

  It will be clarified that "layer" means "network layer" and add definition about it

  It will be clarified that latency concerned by this document is "additional delay introduced by transport layer" and "delay should be manageable." And fixed number for each service scenario will be added. (refer ITU-R G.1080)

  It will be clarified that MMT does not mandate to carry "hints" always. It can be configured base on application scenario. And MMT is looking for an efficient way to carry those information.
