   Separate DASH metrics vs SANDS. The1st table and the 2 first parameters of the 2nd table are SAND and Metrics respectively.

   The rest of the parameters seem from DANE to client to 3rd party reporting server or provider/subscriber manager system. They need to be defined as SAND or Metric or divided to two parameters.
