In a conversation later that day, Yonsei University indicated that they would like to:

• 
  Update the JAME bitstream syntax to JAME 1.13.x
  
• 
  Improve the performance of the JAME encoder at 24 kb/s mono
  
• 
  Measure the performance of JAME at 16 kb/s mono and 24 kb/s mono.
  

It was the consensus of the Audio Subgroup to issue a Workplan on running additional tests at 16 kb/s and 24 kb/s mono and to have these results available at the 101^st MPEG meeting.
